Meet Alex Wahl, a furniture consultant with over 15 years in the furniture and design industry for both residential and commercial projects. With a passion for people and good design - and a firm belief that space and environment matters - she's committed to achieving her clients' visions and providing the best possible solution for their space.
Alex is a self described furniture nerd with "a chair problem" - she banned herself from buying chairs for her home years ago! She's also a NoVA native who attended University of Virginia for undergraduate studies and earned a degree in Interior Design from Northern Virginia Community College. Alex lives in Arlington, VA and enjoys traveling to surf destinations around the world and gardening.

Alex is joined by Courtney Riley, a project manager new to the furniture industry. She is enthusiastic about learning and committed to creating innovative, functional and visually appealing workspaces for Washington Workplace clients.
Courtney grew up in Arlington, Virginia, and now lives in Gainesville. She majored in Business at Longwood University. Prior to joining Washington Workplace, Courtney worked as an IT consultant for the Federal Government and had a successful career as a residential realtor in Northern Virginia. Courtney enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking and attending live music events.

No team is complete without a great designer! Lisa Speck has over 35 years of experience in the office furniture industry. Having achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Maryland in 1985, she began her career as interior designer for an innovative office furniture dealership who specialized in space saving solutions. Lisa’s scope then evolved into a full-service sales representative and was with Washington Workplace in the early 2000’s.
For the past 18 years, Lisa has owned her own mid-market office furniture dealership where she has enjoyed working hand in hand with her clients to provide the best office furniture solutions for them, with a high touch, boutique approach.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys gardening, live music, and spending time at the beach with her husband and their 5 kids.
