Project Summary: This newly leased office suite in Rockville, MD was renovated prior to tenant move in. The space was updated with new carpet, flooring and paint. A large break room was divided to create an additional private office and separate kitchen space. Our client selected neutral finishes from AIS's Calibrate casegoods line, and added color with soft seating using the colors in their logo. The dark greens add a great pop of color in the conference room and private offices. Carl Hansen and Son Shell Chairs add a classy and iconic lounge chair option in two private offices, while the final private office features Kimball Jovalie club chairs with concealed casters to make them easy to shift around as needed.
